* note. When the costs are lower than budgeted, the surplus goes to the seller.
The seller always stays participates with at least 20% of the total not privileged claim.

I am a particular:

your income is higher than 50.000 euro/ dollar on yearly base
your assets are at least worth 30.000 euro/ dollar
you are legally competent

I represent a company:

the free assets are at least 50.000 euro/ dollar
there have been positive results the last 4 year
you are legally competent to sign

When is it not allowed to invest in a claim:

You are direct or indirect linked to the addressed party.
Your intentions are else then being an investor.
The addressed party gets money of you or your company/ organization.
